It has been so busy since conference and this has been the first moment I have had to contact you since your sales training – Busy implementing all the commitments from conference.
Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a very successful sales training session with the Field Managers. We did complete a conference feedback response form from all Field Managers and it was overwhelming that your delivery, content and overall sales presentation was the highlight of the conference.
I will be recommending that we conduct a second session to compliment the this sales training at our next national conference, this will be step two of the training phase for them.
It is only early however I will be monitoring our sales results with all Field Managers to identify the growth achieved by each individual but as an immediate improvement they all have the enthusiasm to be successful and as you know attitude is a critical determining factor for someone’s success.

It has now been some months since the time we spent together in Bellingen.
The day you spent with the team has proved the catalyst for major changes to the structure of our day to day business and more so of the mind set in which the team operates.
With much thanks to you, we have instituted daily and weekly targets, which aside from increasing our sales, has created a brilliant mindset of achievement and focus amongst all of the team.
Further more, a bi-monthly appraisal system, sets out to recognise results and offer a clear pathway for focus, in the cycle ahead.
Aside from targets, appraisal, monitoring and the implementation of a systematic structure for our sales force, the greatest result from our time together has been the mindset in the team.
There is an air of confidence amongst the team, which I attribute to the understanding you gave each of us into the sales process.
The sense of failure has disappeared when an immediate result is not achieved.
Our team is able to objectively look at a client and see what stage the relationship is at. The sales force can see that first base has been reached, or that they are simple still building a rapport and familiarity.
Most impressive though is the sense of perspective and understanding results in a sense of confidence.
The trial close method, is a brilliant tool for sales, but to my mind has changed the structure of conversations in general with clients, no longer is it a yes and no conversation, there is a continual dialogue.
Heading into the session with you, I don’t think anybody imagined that , being given an excuse to fail, could result in confidence, and more sales finding their way through our door.
As a matter for the record, the amount of positive commentary that comes our way on the time limits set in our phone messages, is beyond belief. The exercise is better than advertising, and definitely as you suggested, sets us apart I the industry.
